Responsibilities
- Assist in the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate status and manage data.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics between candidates and hiring managers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify staffing needs for various industries.
- Update and maintain candidate databases with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Conduct market research to identify potential new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in HR or Business is a plus.
- No prior recruiting experience required; we provide full training.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and a customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
