Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of candidate recruitment, from screening resumes to scheduling interviews.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline by actively sourcing candidates through various channels.
- Conduct phone screens to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
- Update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate and timely data.
- Assist in onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes quickly.
