Responsibilities
- Source and screen top-tier candidates for diverse client positions across Georgia
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Build and maintain strategic client relationships in Atlanta metro area
- Conduct skill-based interviews and cultural assessments
- Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate hiring decisions
- Maintain accurate ATS records and recruitment analytics

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of recruitment/staffing experience in Georgia market
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven ability to meet recruitment KPIs in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of Georgia labor regulations and compliance requirements
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for client visits
