Responsibilities
- Source and screen high-caliber candidates across diverse industries including tech, healthcare, and finance
- Build and maintain robust relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skill assessments to ensure candidate-culture fit
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement and onboarding
- Leverage CRM systems and data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted candidate attraction campaigns
- Track KPIs including placement ratios, client satisfaction, and time-to-fill metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven staffing/recruitment experience in a fast-paced agency environment
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment with demonstrated success in high-volume placements
- Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with C-level clients
- Valid Florida staffing industry certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Deep understanding of Tampa's labor market and industry-specific talent pools
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining exceptional service standards
