Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for a diverse range of industries including Oil & Gas, Healthcare, and Administrative.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to offer letter.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients (hiring managers) and candidates.
- Utilize social media platforms and professional networks to identify passive talent.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop account strategies and expand business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, recruiting, or client-facing roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
