Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and direct outreach.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients (hiring managers) to understand their evolving hiring needs.
- Manage the candidate pipeline effectively using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Negotiate salary and contract terms to ensure mutually beneficial placements.
- Provide market insights and salary benchmarking reports to clients.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales within the human resources sector.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding monthly/quarterly placement targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Bullhorn) and ATS platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and candidates simultaneously.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field is preferred.
