Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Scheduling: Utilize social media, job boards, and networking to identify and engage top talent for open requisitions.
- Screening: Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and salary requirements.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide expert staffing advice.
- Placement Management: Coordinate interviews, facilitate offer negotiations, and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Tools: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Drive: Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales and placement targets.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to commute to the Kansas City Metro area.
