Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking) to source qualified candidates for open positions and conduct thorough initial screenings.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, providing feedback to hiring managers and coordinating interview logistics.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with client contacts to understand their hiring needs and ensure candidate placement success.
- Onboarding Support: Guide new hires through the onboarding process, ensuring they have the resources needed to succeed in their roles.
- Market Analysis: Stay current with labor market trends in Portland and the surrounding areas to advise clients on salary expectations and candidate availability.
- Compliance: Ensure all candidate data is managed in compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse candidates and clients.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple pipelines and deadlines simultaneously.
- Tools: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).
- Drive: Self-motivated individual with a results-oriented mindset and a desire to meet sales and placement targets.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends, to meet client needs.
