Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates across diverse industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at client companies
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from job posting to placement
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidates and optimize hiring pipelines
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and opportunities
- Present qualified candidates to clients with detailed assessments and recommendations
- Collaborate with team to refine recruitment strategies and improve processes
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of recruitment or staffing experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment KPIs
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license (client site visits required)
