Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates across tech, finance, and healthcare sectors
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including interviews, negotiations, and onboarding
- Develop and maintain client relationships with Dallas-based organizations
- Utilize ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) to track metrics and optimize pipelines
- Lead talent strategy sessions to align candidate profiles with client needs
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through proactive communication
- Mentor junior recruiters on best practices in talent acquisition
Qualifications
- 5+ years in corporate or agency recruitment with Dallas market exposure
- Proven track record placing candidates in technical or specialized roles
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate assessment methodologies
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
- Strong network of Dallas professionals across diverse industries
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
