Responsibilities
- Source, engage, and place qualified technical candidates across engineering, data science, and product management roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Develop and maintain deep expertise in Boston's tech talent market trends and compensation benchmarks
- Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders at client companies
- Optimize recruitment processes through ATS implementation and data-driven decision making
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience with a focus on Boston's tech ecosystem
- Proven track record of placing high-demand candidates in engineering and data roles
- Expertise in Boolean/X-Ray sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other talent acquisition tools
- Strong understanding of technical skills assessment methodologies and interview frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- ATS certification (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) highly desirable
