Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and placement.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs and strategic goals.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct proactive market research to identify talent trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging industry requirements.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct preliminary interviews, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all candidates.
- Onboarding Support: Collaborate closely with new hires and clients to ensure a smooth transition into new roles.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized pipeline of qualified candidates using CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and persuasive demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS.
