Responsibilities
- Execute the full lifecycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and job specifications.
- Conduct effective candidate interviews and provide detailed feedback to clients.
- Manage candidate relationships and ensure a seamless experience from application to placement.
- Administer pre-employment screenings and background checks.
- Stay updated on labor laws and industry trends specific to the El Paso market.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting methodologies.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for on-site client meetings.
