Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking).
- Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
- Manage candidate data accurately in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build long-term relationships with clients to understand their evolving hiring needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients during off-hours.
- Collaborate with the team to meet weekly and monthly placement targets.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources is required.
- Experience working the night shift is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional on-site visits.
