Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive phone and video screenings of prospective candidates to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Manage and update candidate data in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) with precision.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and job specifications.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain high standards of communication with clients and candidates to ensure a seamless experience.
- Identify and attract passive job seekers through various sourcing channels.
- Generate weekly reports on recruitment metrics and pipeline performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Proven track record of successful candidate placements and relationship management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and CRM tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, or similar).
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shift hours.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
