Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to identify and attract top-tier talent for open positions.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide market insights.
- Job Postings: Write compelling job descriptions and manage the posting lifecycle across multiple platforms.
- Onboarding Support: Assist new hires with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into their new roles.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends to provide competitive salary benchmarks to clients.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or Salesforce).
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Fresno and Central Valley job market is a plus.
