Responsibilities
- Screen, interview, and place qualified candidates in temporary and direct-hire roles.
- Manage daily staffing requests and coordinate job assignments for clients.
- Facilitate the daily pay process to ensure employees receive their earnings immediately.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local business owners and HR managers.
- Ensure all employment paperwork and compliance requirements are met accurately.
- Conduct onboarding orientations for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Albuquerque metro area.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
