Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, and place candidates in overnight positions across manufacturing, logistics, and healthcare sectors
- Manage client relationships and staffing contracts for 24/7 operational needs
- Conduct background checks and credential verification for night shift candidates
- Optimize scheduling systems to ensure seamless 24/7 workforce coverage
- Develop talent pipelines through targeted outreach and networking events
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and safety regulations for overnight operations
- Analyze staffing metrics and report weekly performance to department leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in staffing, recruitment, or HR operations
- Proven ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and safety protocols for night shift environments
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse candidates
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and scheduling software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client site visits
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced, high-pressure situations
- Preferred certification in Staffing and Recruiting (CSP or equivalent)
