Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates using various channels including social media, job boards, and networking.
- Conduct comprehensive phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process from requisition to placement.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent for future openings.
- Ensure all placement documentation and compliance checks are completed accurately.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific skill requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse candidates and clients.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus.
