Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for various temporary and permanent roles in Chicago.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent across multiple industries.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Manage the candidate onboarding process and ensure compliance with all labor regulations.
- Process payroll and handle administrative tasks related to staffing contracts.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a staffing, recruiting, or human resources capacity.
- Strong knowledge of the Chicago job market and local industries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree in HR or Business preferred).
