Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Coordinate with local businesses in Mesa, AZ to identify staffing needs and fulfill daily pay job orders.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for temporary and direct-hire employees.
- Build and maintain a strong network of qualified candidates for various industries.
- Conduct client visits and provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and hiring managers.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
