As a Staffing Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in the growth of our agency. You will manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from sourcing candidates to closing placements, ensuring our clients receive the best talent and our candidates find their dream jobs.
Responsibilities
- Source and Screen: Utilize social media, job boards, and networking strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates for various open positions.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs and culture.
- Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Placement: Present qualified candidates to clients and negotiate offers to ensure successful placements.
- Onboarding: Guide candidates through the onboarding process and provide ongoing support to ensure retention.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and meet monthly placement goals.
- Location: Must reside in or be willing to commute to the Sacramento area.
