Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and niche job boards
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for engineering, product, and design roles
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for urgent client requirements
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- Utilize Greenhouse and Lever ATS for seamless candidate tracking
- Provide weekly recruitment metrics and market trend insights to leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in SaaS or tech startups
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and passive candidate sourcing
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and CRM tools
- Strong understanding of Bay Area tech talent landscape and compensation trends
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage high-volume hiring with competing priorities
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Technical aptitude to evaluate engineering and product roles
