Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 2+ years in staffing, recruiting, or talent acquisition
- Proven track record of meeting KPIs (time-to-fill, placement rate)
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn and Boolean search
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Dallas market knowledge strongly preferred
