Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates for technical, administrative, and light industrial roles
- Develop deep client relationships through weekly business reviews and strategic workforce planning
- Execute multi-channel recruitment campaigns across LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job requisition to onboarding
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies and compensation packages
- Maintain 95%+ candidate satisfaction through transparent communication
- Collaborate with marketing team to craft compelling employer branding content
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruiting experience
- Proven track record of meeting 15+ placements/month
- Expertise in Boolean sourcing and ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred)
- Strong negotiation skills for contract-to-hire placements
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
- Ability to thrive in quota-driven environments
- Valid California driver's license for client site visits
