Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for weekly pay temporary and contract roles in healthcare, logistics, and administrative sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Conduct thorough interviews and background checks to ensure candidate-job alignment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding and placement
- Utilize ATS systems and digital platforms to track candidates and job orders efficiently
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand client base
- Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation in compliance with labor regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing agency or corporate recruitment experience in Houston's market
- Proven track record of placing candidates in weekly pay temporary positions
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong understanding of Texas labor laws and compliance requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
