Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technical recruitment strategies for AI, machine learning, and quantum computing roles
- Build and manage robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and employer branding
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including screening, technical interviews, and offer negotiation
- Partner with engineering leadership to define role requirements and optimize hiring workflows
- Analyze market trends to position Nexus as an employer of choice in competitive tech markets
- Mentor junior recruiters and implement data-driven recruitment metrics
- Drive diversity initiatives to build inclusive high-performing teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with AI/ML or quantum computing focus
- Expertise in Boolean sourcing, GitHub profiling, and technical assessment tools
- Proven track record hiring for complex engineering roles at scale
- Strong understanding of emerging tech stack requirements and hiring challenges
- Certified in modern ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Experience managing recruitment budgets and vendor partnerships
- Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
