We're seeking a passionate Staffing Recruiter to drive our expansion efforts. You'll source, interview, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, finance, technology, and manufacturing. Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and client companies
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement and onboarding
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs including submission and placement targets
- Leverage our applicant tracking system to maintain accurate candidate pipelines
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client needs and market trends
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding recruitment KPIs
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Valid Minnesota driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
