Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, IT, and finance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates through proactive communication
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: from job requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Leverage our proprietary ATS and digital tools to identify passive candidates
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and competitive opportunities
- Collaborate with sales team to develop client-specific staffing strategies
- Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and reporting metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting/staffing experience with proven track record of placements
- Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Valid Florida driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Experience with healthcare staffing is highly desirable
- Results-oriented mindset with ability to meet/exceed KPIs
