Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through advanced recruitment strategies including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments for technical and cultural fit
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from job requisition to placement
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages and facilitate onboarding
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track metrics and optimize workflows
- Develop innovative sourcing pipelines for hard-to-fill positions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs in candidate placement
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates and niche skill acquisition
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
