Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting phone and in-person interviews, and managing the offer process.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline using social media platforms (LinkedIn) and niche job boards.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their technical and cultural requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify salary benchmarks and recruitment trends in the Washington area.
- Nurture relationships with past candidates to ensure a continuous flow of referrals.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Proven ability to source passive candidates and network effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
