Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing experience
- Proven track record in candidate sourcing and placement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Virginia Beach residency preferred
- Knowledge of local job market trends
