Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients using our scheduling software.
- Screen resumes and conduct phone screens to assess applicant qualifications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client databases in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires and manage paperwork.
- Communicate effectively with candidates regarding job openings, interview details, and salary expectations.
- Conduct market research to identify staffing needs and industry trends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Basic computer skills (proficiency in Microsoft Office and email is essential).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
