Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for diverse staffing assignments
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for temporary, contract, and direct-hire roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and client companies
- Ensure seamless onboarding processes for new placements
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate databases
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and industry trends
- Collaborate with sales team to fulfill client staffing requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing coordination experience
- Proven ability to source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment
- Valid Washington state driver's license (client site visits required)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
