Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in contract-to-hire and direct hire roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Develop strategic recruitment pipelines for hard-to-fill positions across multiple industries
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and skill assessments ensuring cultural fit
- Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer processes to closure
- Leverage CRM systems to track metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Stay current with Dallas market trends and competitive compensation benchmarks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in staffing or agency environment
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding placement targets
- Strong network of candidates in Dallas/Fort Worth tech or healthcare sectors
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and referrals
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with client-facing experience
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred
