- Lead recruitment for R&D labs and innovation centers across North America
- Collaborate with CTOs to define future skill requirements and competency models
- Implement diversity initiatives for next-generation tech roles
- Measure and optimize talent conversion rates using AI-driven recruitment metrics
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with AI/quantum/biotech focus
- Expertise in predictive sourcing and talent analytics tools
- Deep understanding of emerging tech landscapes (2026 tech trends)
- Certification in AI-driven recruitment or talent intelligence
- Experience building talent pipelines for pre-market technologies
- Proficiency in virtual interviewing platforms and metaverse recruitment
- Track record of placing candidates in R&D innovation roles
- Ability to translate complex technical requirements into talent strategies
