Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conducting phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, personality, and cultural fit.
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of talent for diverse client industries (Energy, Medical, Corporate).
- Collaborating with branch managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Managing the candidate onboarding process, including background checks and offer letter generation.
- Negotiating salary and employment terms to secure top talent for clients.
- Providing exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources (internal or agency experience preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and occasional weekends.
