Responsibilities
- Source and qualify candidates for weekly-paying positions across Fresno's key industries including logistics, healthcare, and light industrial
- Develop and nurture client relationships to understand staffing needs and position our weekly pay advantage
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and skills assessments to ensure optimal job matches
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from application to placement with emphasis on weekly pay communication
- Utilize our proprietary ATS to track candidates, placements, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with payroll team to ensure seamless weekly pay processing for placed candidates
- Represent the agency at local job fairs and networking events to promote weekly pay opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing experience with proven placement success
- Deep understanding of Fresno's job market and local employer landscape
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate weekly pay benefits persuasively
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
