Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across Ohio's thriving tech, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Fortune 500 clients in Columbus and surrounding areas
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments to ensure candidate-job alignment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from offer negotiation to onboarding
- Leverage our ATS and CRM tools to track KPIs and optimize conversion rates
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop employer branding strategies
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in agency or corporate settings
- Proven track record of meeting quarterly hiring targets in competitive markets
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated placement success in Ohio
- Proficiency in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Workday) and HR analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- SHRM-SCP or CERP certification highly desirable
