- Source and screen qualified candidates using advanced Boolean search techniques and ATS platforms
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for diverse industry sectors including tech, healthcare, and finance
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure candidate-company alignment
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes with weekly payment coordination for temporary placements
- Develop strategic partnerships with hiring managers to understand evolving talent needs

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in staffing or agency environment

- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday) and social recruiting
