Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for open positions using ATS platforms and networking
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely onboarding processes
- Utilize data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies and KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop employer branding initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or recruitment experience in Pennsylvania
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania's labor market and industry trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume requisitions simultaneously
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation preferred
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment metrics and deadlines
