Responsibilities
- Sourcel and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries using LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from offer negotiation to onboarding coordination
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday) to track metrics and optimize workflows
- Present weekly staffing reports to leadership with actionable insights for improvement
- Maintain compliance with EEOC regulations and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruiting experience with proven track record
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate assessment methodologies
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite) and social media recruiting
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage C-suite executives and entry-level candidates
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting recruitment metrics and market trends
- California staffing license or willingness to obtain immediately
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
