Responsibilities
- Sourcing and qualifying candidates across technical and non-technical roles
- Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 500 companies
- Conducting behavioral interviews and skills assessments
- Managing full-cycle recruitment from offer to onboarding
- Developing innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and industry events
- Utilizing our proprietary ATS to track pipeline metrics
- Attending weekly networking events to expand client base
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment or sales experience
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding KPIs
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
- Valid Oregon driver's license for client visits
- BA/BS in Business, HR, or related field preferred
