Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for diverse temporary and permanent roles
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients across Philadelphia
- Match candidates to positions based on skills, culture, and career goals
- Ensure seamless onboarding for weekly-pay workers
- Manage candidate pipelines using our proprietary ATS system
- Drive recruitment campaigns through digital and community outreach
- Weekly payroll coordination for temporary staff
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience
- Proven track record placing candidates in Philadelphia market
- Expertise in candidate sourcing via LinkedIn, Indeed, and local networks
- Strong negotiation and client management skills
- Familiarity with weekly payroll processing for temp workers
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field
