Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire positions across industries
- Conduct detailed candidate interviews and skills assessments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at client companies
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job order placement to candidate onboarding
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Meet weekly KPIs for placements and candidate pipeline development
- Track recruitment metrics using our proprietary ATS system
- Represent our agency at local job fairs and networking events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
