Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions across industries
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match talent with client needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to placement
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidates and ensure compliance
- Collaborate with team to achieve monthly staffing KPIs and revenue targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in staffing agency environment
- Proven success in candidate sourcing and relationship building
- Strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
