Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for temporary, contract, and direct-hire positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Indianapolis-area employers to understand staffing needs
- Conduct interviews, reference checks, and skills assessments for job seekers
- Present qualified candidates to clients and negotiate compensation packages
- Manage candidate onboarding and ensure seamless placement transitions
- Utilize ATS systems to track placements and maintain accurate records
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly recruitment and sales targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting/staffing experience or equivalent sales/customer service background
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Valid Indiana driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
