Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for temporary and permanent roles
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and industry partners
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate skills against job requirements
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from application to placement
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems to track candidate pipelines
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize recruitment strategies
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or recruitment experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment KPIs
- Knowledge of San Antonio's job market and industries
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) preferred
