Responsibilities
- Sourc, screen, and place qualified candidates across tech, finance, and healthcare sectors
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes with weekly payroll integration
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with San Francisco-based companies

- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and opportunities

Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with weekly pay models
- Proven track record in tech or professional services recruitment
- Expertise in candidate sourcing via LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
