Responsibilities
- Source and vet qualified candidates for diverse industry roles across Denver
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at partner companies
- Conduct efficient interviews and candidate assessments matching skills to role requirements
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles including offer negotiations and onboarding support
- Leverage our ATS and CRM to track metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Represent our agency at Denver networking events and industry conferences
- Maintain compliance with EEOC regulations and staffing industry standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience in Denver's competitive market
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement KPIs
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates across LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Valid Colorado driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
